Genuine Mazda Transmission large shifter boot for 90-05 Miatas

If you have over 30K miles you need to inspect your shifter boots for tears. The smaller boot mounts to the transmission to seal the oil around the shifter. This small boot keeps dirt from entering and oil from escaping the shift turret.

This is a 75W90 GL-4 Gear Oil that's slightly heavier than MTL. Provides excellent protection of gears and synchronizers and its balanced slipperiness provides a perfect coefficient of friction, allowing easier shifting.
